If your designs could speak, what would they say?

If my designs could speak, they would regale listeners with stories of Rajasthan's rich culture, showcasing the intricate craft of hand-folded gota patti embroidery. They would narrate the beauty of tradition interwoven with modernity, capturing the essence of timeless elegance and craftsmanship.

What are the signature elements in your designs?

The signature elements in my designs are an amalgamation of old and new, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern sensibilities. You'll often find brass gota patti intricately combined with threadwork, creating a harmonious fusion of textures and techniques. Each piece reflects a balance between heritage and innovation, celebrating the beauty of the past while embracing the possibilities of the future.

Which celebrity or personality do you dream of dressing?

Alia Bhatt,

Which collection are you most proud of, and why?

I like my first Khadi peplum collection from SS 2016.

Where do you find inspiration for your designs?

Jaipur, my beloved hometown, serves as my endless well of inspiration. Its magnificent architecture, rich history of art, and vibrant culture add depth to my creative journey. With every corner I turn, my inspiration board expands exponentially. Each jewelry designer's shop or art gallery becomes a testament to the boundless creativity this city fosters.

Which designer in the world inspires you?

There are many but Schiaparelli and Sabyasachi are my favorites.

There were many Aha moments, but the best was when I got my first export order for a household brand in the UK.
