Kanchan is the designer and co-founder of Ahmev, a New Delhi-based label. She considers herself to be a notepad artist, doodling away her innermost emotions. Kanchan started exploring who she was as an individual in college. While working as a creative professional with Raakesh Agarvwal, she realized where her true passion and inclination lay. This is how Ahmev began. Inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, Ahmev in Sanskrit means “believing you are everything”. It is about all of us finding ourselves in this path of life, our souls, to feel, see, and experience a divine quality. Ahmev taps into that sense of poise, beauty, and freedom that compliments the female spirit, whose distinctive style is an expression of her individuality.
